  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days across the UAE.

  • Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of AFSA Souq.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; failure to do so may result in delay or non-delivery.

🔁 4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days, only for non-breakable items.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Shipping charges for returns (if not due to our error) are borne by the customer.
